Got the demo size down from 100MB to 42MB. It feels good to be slim.
And I am back to Newgrounds! Its a place where I started and its been almost ten years. God I feel old... So much has changed, for good mostly. At least the maxed file size its 20MB instead of 10MB. Though back then you would of thought ten years from now people would be transferring GB/s , or its just me ^O^
Hello. I saw the art you had posted on g.e-hentai.org/ Clearly you can draw very very well. However, as a game designer that's a different story. After reading the instructions on newgrounds I decided not to play it. Forcing the player to not only click several times, but click at a set speed is not good gameplay.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure a lot of people must have suggested it already but I think you should just make a normal visual novel.
A few people had complained that in one scene you can't see enough of her mode. Had you made a VN and set up some drama beforehand that same scene could have been much more exciting.
In any case good luck to you. I am also trying to make an H game so I can relate to your frustration as to not having enough traffic/followers as you'd like. But I honestly think that in your case it's simply a matter of your choice of gameplay.

DeleteI got to admit I misunderstood what the market want. I spent like 1000 hrs on the animation, 1500+ if including all the failures. It is something I myself would love to play, but I probably am alone on this >_<
It feels great to meet another fellow developer. I see that at least you realize the importance of letting people know your stuff before release...unlike dumbass me @_@
The art is top-notch, one of the best I've seen from a more English-oriented developer. Those animations are the icing on the cake; if it was a visual novel I'm sure people would just generalize and group it as that, although I definitely wouldn't mind one. If this is your first project I really have to give you props, especially since your doing it alone. Haven't played the demo yet but I might get the game just because of the art and animation. Anyways, keep up the good work :)

DeleteI myself aren't into visual novel. I like to interact with the character, and click on things like a crazy person...
